The building’s layout and surrounding landscape were intentionally designed to promote both relaxation and ease.

Nestled in a quiet residential area, our grounds offer a park-like setting complete with a fenced pond featuring ducks and geese, numerous benches, and a view of the neighboring soccer field.

It is the perfect place to safely enjoy the outdoors.

For ultimate peace of mind, our community is staffed 24/7 and features security cameras at every apartment entrance.

Additionally, the building is equipped with two emergency generators to ensure operations continue uninterrupted during any power outages.

These shared spaces act as beautiful extensions of our residents’ private apartments, giving them plenty of room to roam, relax, and socialize.

From our common areas and activity rooms all the way to our dining spaces, our community is designed for connection.

Residents love gathering in our diverse common areas, including our first-floor living room with a television and our media room on the second floor.

We also feature an engaging game and card room that is perfect for afternoon activities.

Whether you are chatting with friends or enjoying the grand piano in the dining room, you will always find a welcoming space.

Residents also love visiting our second-floor library and Chapel for quiet reflection.
